Job Description: Tele caller at Diagnosis Center

Position: Tele caller

Summary: As a Tele caller at the Diagnosis Center, your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our diagnostic services and schedule appointments for various medical tests and screenings. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring the center's growth and revenue generation through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to individuals, medical practitioners, clinics, and other potential clients to inform them about the diagnosis center's services and facilities.

Appointment Scheduling: Engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and schedule appointments for various diagnostic tests, screenings, and health check-ups.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Address incoming calls from existing or potential clients seeking information about services, test procedures, pricing, and other related queries.

Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure they have received necessary information and to encourage them to book appointments.Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and importance of diagnostic tests, emphasizing the role they play in healthcare and disease prevention.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as lab technicians and front-desk staff, to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process for clients.

**Requirements**:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required. Additional relevant certifications in customer service or sales will be advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.

Persuasive Skills: Ability to convincingly promote diagnostic services and encourage clients to schedule appointments.

Empathy: Display empathy and patience while addressing client queries and concerns.

Working Conditions:

- The role primarily involves sitting and using a computer/phone for extended periods.
- Standard office hours, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on the center's operational hours and requirements.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
