Job Description:

ensuring the correct administration of treatments, and promptly addressing any complications that arise. The Staff Nurse will work collaboratively with a team to maintain dialysis machines

and equipment, educate patients on treatment options and kidney disease management, and support patients' nutritional and exercise needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient health and respond to their needs during dialysis treatment.
- Manage and operate dialysis equipment with precision.
- Collaborate with dieticians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on home dialysis procedures and kidney health.
- Maintain accurate medical records and report any concerns to the supervising medical practitioner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or associate's degree in nursing.
- Valid state nursing license.
- 1-2 years of experience in a dialysis setting.
- Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is preferred.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
