Job summary
A detail-oriented and organized Back Office Production Executive is needed, specializing in Bill of Materials (BOM) management for the sweet line. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient planning and production of confectionery products. Responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and updating Bill of Materials (BOMs) for all sweet line products, and working closely with various teams to ensure smooth production runs. Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate and complete Bill of Materials (BOMs) for all sweet line products.
- Collaborate with product development, procurement, and production teams to gather and verify material requirements and specifications.
- Manage changes and updates to BOMs, ensuring proper version control and communication to relevant departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement planning to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Maintain data integrity within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other relevant databases.
- Work with suppliers to resolve material discrepancies and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements related to BOMs.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to material usage, production efficiency, and costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant food safety and quality regulations.

Skills and qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in BOM management or materials planning, preferably in the food or sweet line industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data management.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
