Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning: Collaborate with the testing team to understand project requirements and create test plans and test cases accordingly.

Test Execution: Execute test cases, perform manual testing, and report defects to the development team using bug tracking tools.

Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed, and new features have not introduced any new issues.

Defect Reporting: Document defects with clear and concise steps to reproduce them, and monitor the defect resolution process to ensure timely fixes.

Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test data, and testing progress.

Test Automation: Learn and contribute to test automation efforts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.

Performance Testing: Assist in performance testing activities to ensure the software meets performance requirements.

Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and other team members to improve the overall software quality and testing processes.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Quality Assurance: Contribute to the overall quality assurance process by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to identify and report defects accurately.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Time Management: Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.
