Experience: 6+ Years

Locations - USA - Boston, San Diego

Job description:
- Perform daily operation of the Steris Steam Sterilizer Autoclave

- Perform solid biological-waste removal from lab space

- Perform biological sharps removal from lab space

- Perform small-scale bioreactor breakdown, including decontaminating and cleaning after each campaign

- Perform small-scale bioreactor assembly and tubing fit-up

- Perform small-scale bioreactor clarification filter set-up and make ready for use

- Perform small-scale bioreactor parts inventory and order replenishment

- Perform disinfecting for BSC’s and incubators

- Perform small and large scale Media Prep

- Perform small and large scale Buffer Prep

- Perform small and large scale Solution Prep
- Support lab optimization functions

- Oversee and maintain routine equipment maintenance/calibration (standardization of pH/conductivity meters, monthly cleaning of solution prep fume hood and biosafety cabinets, RODI hose replacement).

Experience Required : Clinical Research Operations, Lab Operations

Technical/Functional Skills : Knowledge of IMS and other relevant systems
