**Job Title**: Telesales Executive
**Location**: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct B2B sales for metal, iron, and steel products, targeting potential clients and maintaining existing accounts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing domestic calls professionally to address customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the metal, iron, or steel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle domestic calls effectively and professionally.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
