**Role Details**:
- Accountabilities [taking ownership of the outcome and being answerable for the results achieved]
- Following internal procedures and turnaround times for processing employment and education verifications
**Responsibilities**:
- Contacting third parties by phone to confirm correct contact details to send verification requests and obtain verbal verifications where required

**Key skills, qualifications, and experience**:
- 1 + Years’ experience in an office based, administrative or customer service role is beneficial
- Basic IT competency with the ability to navigate IT systems and software packages
