5. Shifting of material to proper location with identification

6. Issue material to user

7. Submission of GRN to accounts

8. Co-ordination with Purchase for purchase order query.

9. Returning back excess/rejected material.

10. Generation of Indents for products listed in minimum stock list.

11. Entry of GRN and Issue pass in the ERP system.

12. Preparation of Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass and followup for returnable material.

13. Carryout periodical inventory

14. Maintaining necessary documentation related to stores
