**Responsibilities**:
Assist in maintaining a professional and organized front desk and reception area.

Handle administrative tasks, including booking appointments, managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Build and foster positive relationships with members and guests to promote client retention and growth.

Educate clients on the benefits of fitness, specifically related to Ninja Parkour and obstacle course training.

Be available for flexible working hours during events and emergencies.

Communicate ongoing promotions, programs, and services available for both toddlers and adults.

Answer phone calls, book appointments, assist with membership sales, and other duties as required.

Assist in managing events, ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information related to the institute’s operations, business strategies, and proprietary information during and after your employment.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

Flexibility to work during events and peak times.
