Are you a confident and energetic communicator? Join our growing team in Jaipur as a **Telecalling Executive** and play a key role in connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to potential clients to promote our products/services, explain offerings, and respond to inquiries.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and potential customers to nurture interest and ensure engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Fluency in **Hindi and English** with excellent verbal communication and a clear speaking voice.
- **Customer-Centric**: A positive attitude with a focus on understanding customer needs and offering effective solutions.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to handle objections and confidently influence customer decisions.
- **Resilience**: Capable of maintaining motivation and professionalism in the face of rejection or pressure.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
