- Working Days - 5 Days
- Location -Bangalore
- Reporting to - Process Manager
- Working from Office

- Great English spoken.
- Strong communicator - both on the phone and in writing, American Accent is a plus.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are an advantage.

What is the role?
- Develop and maintain a professional but paternal relationship with customers to ensure the company meets their needs.
- Good in PPT / Excel / Documentation
- Assist with the onboarding/training of new entrants and owner - operators in the USA on digital services.
- Proven customer service skills that support robust and loyal relations
- Good math skills to organize load efficiency while not exceeding legal limitations.
- Proven Critical-thinking skills with the ability to take and give critical feedback.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage the stress and demands of the role
- Creative problem-solving incoming answering calls describing our service to potential clients (adding value during conversation)
- Completing office errands in support of the business as requested.
