**Operation Executive (Bus Bookings)**

**Work Location - Pitampura**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end booking process, including confirming availability, scheduling, and coordinating with bus vendors.
- Oversee billing processes, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests from clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all bookings and payments.
- Track and manage schedules for buses to avoid overlaps or delays.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all buses are properly inspected, serviced, and ready for travel before each booking.
- Maintain accurate data in the software.
- Any other task assigned by the reporting manager.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations in the travel industry (Bus Bookings).
- Salary package up to 40k per month.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with travel management systems and online booking platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹375.02 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Bus bookings: 1 year (required)
