Our comprehensive offerings include study materials in book format, online test series, live and recorded classes, video solutions, doubt resolution sessions, and classroom coaching in Delhi and Jaipur.
**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and expanding our student base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of VedPrep Chem Academy while making a meaningful impact on the academic journey of aspiring chemistry students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, educational counselors, and institutional partners to promote our coaching programs and services.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to effectively communicate the value proposition of VedPrep Chem Aca
- demy to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent VedPrep Chem Academy and build a strong presence in the education community.
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and marketing ROI using CRM tools and analytics software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Stay informed about developments in the education sector, chemistry curriculum, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and pitches.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of chemistry education and familiarity with entrance exam preparation is preferred but not required.
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 to ₹28,000 per month
