**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven **Performance Marketing Specialist** to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, maximizing conversions, and improving ROI for our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results in terms of conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze and interpret data from campaigns, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies to improve performance.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal performance within spend limits.
- **Reporting**: Create regular performance reports and present key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor performance and trends to keep strategies relevant and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based business models.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
