**Key Responsibilities**
- Input, verify, and edit data from various sources into company systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Review documents and data for errors, discrepancies, and missing information; resolve inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain digital records and file systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare routine reports based on entered data and provide updates to management.
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify or collect missing information.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
- Perform regular quality checks and audits to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Stay up to date with software updates, new technologies, and best practices in data entry.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure the security of stored information.
- Meet data entry deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in computer-related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with database systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
