**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather data from the relevant person(s) (e.g., clients, customers) or other sources as instructed.
- Accurately input gathered data into company software or systems, ensuring all fields are filled out correctly.
- Verify data for completeness and consistency before entering it into the system.
- Communicate with team members or departments to collect missing or incomplete information.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing the data for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry within required deadlines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for data entry or software-related issues or connect with software team.
- Follow all procedures and guidelines for handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Provide feedback or report issues to supervisors or IT teams as needed.
- Basic proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for communication and understanding data requirements.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of computers, including the ability to use office software (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.) and basic data entry tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with basic database management software or CRM systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with various data sources.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct discrepancies in data.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Full-time position with 8 working hours.**:

- **Part-time position with 4 working hours.**:

- **Office-based role with potential for remote work depending on company policy. (with personal laptop)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
