Job Description:

- Domestic Customer Order - Order Approval and Order Amendment of all domestic sales Orders as per the prevalent pricing Policy.

Dispatch Clearance - Approving Dispatch of supplies to domestic Customers on daily basis as per the funds available in customer Accounts.

Credit Management & Control - Analyzing Debtor MIS on bi weekly basis to track overdue Debtors and ensure their speedy recovery.

Accounts Reconciliation '“ Debtors management & reconciliation, Customer Receipt Updation, Customer Master updation.

Approval of System Credit Block - Approval of Credit block of supplies for Domestic Suppliers.

MIS '“ To ensure monthly and weekly MIS reports to Management as per their requirement.

Resolve disputes and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Manage a portfolio of Accounts to achieve reliable long-term observe.

Issuance of Credit Notes & Management of incentives discounts of Quarterly & Annual schemes.

Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience/Chartered Accountant with 08 years experience to handle Sales Accounting & Credit Management especially from a Manufacturing Concern.
