Solar Technician Apprenticeship Trainee plays a crucial role in learning the skills and knowledge required to install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems. This role is essential for understanding the technical aspects of solar technology and contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of solar panels and associated equipment
Learn to troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems
Perform routine maintenance on solar panels and related components
Comply with safety standards and regulations during all work activities
Participate in on-the-job training and educational programs
Assist in conducting site assessments for solar panel installation
Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Contribute to maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
Assist in testing and commissioning of solar energy systems
Participate in learning about electrical and mechanical aspects of solar technology
Work collaboratively with senior technicians and mentors to gain practical experience
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner
Engage in continuous learning and development of technical skills
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in renewable energy and sustainable technologies
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced technicians
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Availability to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
