**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design: Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and website assets.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.

Conceptualization: Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for design projects. Contribute fresh ideas to enhance the overall visual identity of the brand.

Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to execute design projects efficiently.

Brand Adherence: Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all materials produced.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design critiques and feedback sessions, incorporating feedback to improve and refine designs.

Deadline Management: Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously improve skills and stay innovative in design approaches.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a demonstration of creative thinking.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
