**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching and compelling visual content, including but not limited to logos, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Digital and Print Design: Create designs suitable for various mediums, such as digital (web, social media) and print (business cards, flyers, posters).
- Image Editing: Manipulate and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and suit specific design needs.
- Typography: Select appropriate fonts and typography for various design projects, ensuring readability and aesthetics.
- Layout Design: Develop layouts for publications, websites, and other materials, paying attention to content organization and visual hierarchy.
- Design Software: Utilize industry-standard design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and edit design assets.
- Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs as needed.
- Meeting Deadlines: Complete design projects within specified timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
- creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and express ideas visually.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of current design trends and a willingness to stay updated with industry developments.
- Experience with web design and user experience (UX) design is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
