Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling
- Create accurate, high-detail 3D representations of fashion accessories and apparel.
- Ensure proper scale, proportions, and clean topology with quad-based geometry.
- Develop detailed elements such as stitching, engravings, and embellishments.

Texturing
- Develop photorealistic textures using physically based rendering (PBR) workflows.
- Create high-quality texture maps (Albedo, Roughness, Metallic, Normal, AO).
- Work on realistic material creation for leather, metals, and fabrics.
- Ensure efficient UV mapping and texture baking for optimized performance.

Rendering
- Produce high-fidelity renders optimized for real-time and offline visualization.
- Set up proper lighting environments using HDRI and three-point lighting.
- Generate high-resolution photorealistic renders for marketing and eCommerce.

Optimization & Quality Assurance
- Ensure assets are lightweight and optimized for AR, VR, and eCommerce platforms.
- Maintain high visual fidelity, ensuring assets are free of errors and meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand aesthetics.

Required Skills & Expertise

3D Modeling Requirements
- ✔ Proficiency in high-polygon and optimized low-polygon modeling.
- ✔ Strong understanding of real-world scale and proportions.
- ✔ Expertise in creating clean, quad-based topology.

Texturing Requirements
- ✔ Experience with PBR workflows and high-quality texture creation.
- ✔ Proficiency in UV mapping and texture baking techniques.
- ✔ Strong knowledge of material creation for different surfaces (leather, metals, fabrics).

Rendering Requirements
- ✔ Experience with real-time and ray-traced rendering.
- ✔ Ability to set up proper lighting for photorealistic rendering.
- ✔ Familiarity with optimizing renders for fast web performance.

Software & Tools Proficiency
- ** 3D Modeling**:Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush
- ** Texturing**:Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop
- ** Rendering**:V-Ray, Arnold, Unreal Engine, KeyShot
- ** File Formats**:OBJ, FBX, GLTF/GLB, USD

Experience & Qualifications
- ** Education**:Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Animation, Game Design, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- ** Experience**:2-5 years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- ** Portfolio**:Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D assets for fashion accessories and clothing.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Understanding of eCommerce and digital retail requirements for 3D assets.
