**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media Handling)**

**Location**: Okhla (New Delhi)

**Salary Range**: INR 16,000 -28,000 per month (Based on Experience)

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through various online platforms.

2. Manage day-to-day activities across social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

3. Create and curate engaging content including text, image, and video content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.

4. Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

5. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

6. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets for social media campaigns.

7. Monitor and analyse social media metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.

9. Assist in the development of digital marketing reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

8. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

9. Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
