**Job Title**: US Admission Counselor

**Location**: Bangalore (Work from Office)
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Shift)
**Salary**: Up to ₹5 LPA
**Experience**: Freshers to 3 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students on available courses and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about programs, universities, and career opportunities.
- Assist students throughout the entire admission cycle—from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student data and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** (mandatory).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Strong persuasion and counseling skills.
- Comfortable working in a **night shift** environment (US time zone).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
