**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Develop visually appealing presentations and demonstrations to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.

Camera training would be provided, you need not have previous experience in front of camera.

**Delivery and Presentation**:
Deliver clear and engaging explanations in videos, using a friendly and approachable teaching style that caters to learners of various skill levels.
Utilize storytelling techniques to make content relatable and memorable.

**Educational Materials**:
Create supplementary materials such as downloadable resources, quizzes, and exercises to enhance the learning experience for viewers.

**Engagement and Interaction**:
Foster an interactive learning environment by responding to comments, questions, and feedback from viewers on YouTube and other social media platforms.
Encourage viewer participation and engagement through live Q&A sessions or discussion forums.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and changes in Excel features, accounting practices, and related business topics.
Incorporate viewer feedback to improve content quality and relevance.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with the content team to align content creation with channel goals and content schedule.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to enhance video production quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in Excel, Accounting, and Business-related concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating educational content
- Enthusiasm for teaching and helping learners succeed.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational skills to manage content creation and deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving educational trends and learner needs.
- Location in Aundh, Pune for potential in-person collaborations or meetings.

**Working Hours**:
Part-time, flexible hours to accommodate content creation and engagement.
