Job Responsibilities Prospecting, including identifying prospective buyers, collecting databases, organising & manning enquiry generation activities etc. Giving vehicle demonstration & test drives as per guidelines. Attending training programs & meetings as per schedule. Closing sales as per prescribed process including delivery of vehicles. Documentation for enquiry, test drive, daily reports, order booking, finance, insurance, registration, delivery etc. including explanation of the same to the customers. Keeping information about the competitor's activity including product details, customer offers etc. Following SOP's as prescribed from time to time. To be always dressed neatly as per the protocol of the company. Ensuring Customer delight. Ensuring compatible behavior with Team members & other colleague. Maintaining discipline & decorum as per Company standard & guidelines. Maintain/Follow KPI's. Basic Pre requisite : Good Presentability/Good Attitude/Very Good/Excellent in Communication/Positive Body language/Should have flexibilty Educational Qualification : Basic Graduate( in any stream) & above Exp : 3 (min) - 5 yrs (More than 5 yrs of experience will also be considered) Age : Between 24 (min) - 33 (max) No. of Requirements : 10 (EMBypass - 6 (2 Field, 4 Showroom & 2 Corporate), PS - 2- Field) machinery, Machine Tools, Electrical & Power equipment which includes Boilers, Turbines, Diesel Engines, Transformers, Switchgear, Motors & Generators, Earthmoving & Construction Equipments, Process Plane Equipments which includes Pressure Vessels, Cooling Towers, Construction Equipment, Iron & Steel, Capital Goods Industry, Consumer Durable, Real Estate, Industrial Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery ( Printing machinery. machine tool, Air conditioning & Refrigeration system, Injection molding machine, Fans & Boilers, Compressors & Mechanical Turbines, Hydraulic Components etc) & any other concerned industries dealing with high value capital products are preferred. Gross salary (pa) : 1,60,000 - 2,30,000 with attractive incentives Note : Both male & female profile will be accepted 2 wheeler requirement is a must. willing to purchase 2 wheeler within 3-4 months from the date of joining, then please process Automobile industry specifically not from any Maruti, Hyundai, Tata dealership. 2 Female SO in total ( 1 for EMB Showroom & 1 for Corporate Team -EMB)
