- **Handling Correspondence**: Distributing internal and external mail, packages, and documents.
- **Basic Clerical Tasks**: Assisting with photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- **Office Errands**: Running errands, such as picking up supplies, visiting banks, or delivering documents.
- **Meeting Support**: Assisting with setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and preparing for meetings.
- **Supply Management**: Monitoring and restocking office supplies.

Maintaining Office Cleanliness & Order:

- **Housekeeping**: Maintaining the cleanliness of office premises, including common areas, restrooms, and the kitchen.
- **Dusting & Cleaning**: Damp dusting furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms.
- **Waste Disposal**: Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Assisting with the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- **Moving Files and Materials**: Assisting in moving office files, materials, and supplies when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹19,622.22 per month
