**Job Descripation for Office Boy**

**Position Title : Office Boy**

**Reports to : HR**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Boy to assist with various tasks in our office. The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring that the office is kept clean and organized, running errands, and assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Clean and tidy the kitchen, pantry, washroom, and other areas as needed
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to visitors and staff
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, stationery, and groceries
- Deliver documents, packages, and other items to other offices or clients
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing
- Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition and report any faults to the Office Manager
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Office Manager

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and experience in driving an advantage
