**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage **warranty claims** as per Tata Motors’ guidelines.
- Maintain proper **documentation and records** of all warranty transactions.
- Coordinate with **service advisors and technicians** for claim verification and approvals.
- Communicate with Tata Motors for **claim status and approvals**.
- Tag, store, and return **defective parts** as per OEM procedures.
- Analyze warranty data to identify **recurring issues** and support process improvement.
- Assist the Service Manager during **warranty audits** and documentation reviews.
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** through accurate and timely claim settlements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Automobile / Mechanical Engineering**.
- **1-2 years** of relevant experience in an automobile workshop (preferred).
- Strong understanding of **vehicle systems and service operations**.
- Excellent **documentation, analytical, and communication skills**.
- Proficient in **MS Office** and **Dealer Management Systems (DMS)**.
