**Job description**

**Job Purpose**:

- **Generate Sales**: Actively prospect and generate new sales through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings. Identify opportunities for new business and manage customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, solving product or service-related issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Process sales orders, generate quotes, assist with product selections, and follow up on pending orders. Ensure smooth order fulfillment, from order entry to delivery.
- **Field Sales Responsibilities**: Conduct in-person product demonstrations and meetings with customers, promoting products and services effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints, delivery issues, and billing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate benefits, features, and solutions to customers both in-person and via customer support channels.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively promote special offers, new products, and services to both prospective and existing customers. Pass qualified sales leads to the sales team for further follow-up as needed.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback during both field visits and support interactions to help improve services and products, and communicate this feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance regularly. Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma, diploma, or degree.
- **Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- **Personal Attributes**: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- **Additional Skills for Field Sales**: Previous field sales or direct sales experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
