Job Title: Hospital Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute field marketing plans to achieve hospital goals and targets
- Identify and prioritize target audiences, including patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical groups, and healthcare organizations
- Create and implement field marketing initiatives (events, seminars, webinars, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, clinical) to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Manage and optimize field marketing budgets to ensure ROI
- Analyze and report on field marketing metrics and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare field marketing
- Proven success in meeting field marketing targets and goals
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Certification in healthcare marketing (e.g. HFMA, SHSMD)
