**Project Management**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with different departments and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

**Site Assessment and Survey**:

- Conduct site evaluations and surveys to assess feasibility for solar panel installation.
- Work with the design team to gather required data for system designs.

**Design & Planning**:

- Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) and system designs.
- Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimations.

**Installation Coordination**:

- Manage the installation process of solar systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to sites.

**Quality & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure projects adhere to safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality work.

**Testing & Commissioning**:

- Oversee the testing and commissioning of solar systems.
- Ensure systems are optimized and fully operational upon project handover.

**Client Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any concerns.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records for each project, including permits, contracts, and inspections.
- Prepare project reports and ensure all documentation is up to date

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, system designs, and installations.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in the solar industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
