**Role & responsibilities**
- Preparation of project budget for infrastructure company to assess project profitability
- Ensure proper analysis of budget into various line items like material, labour, manpower, plant & machineries, overheads etc.
- Comparison of budget with actual cost on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual frequency
- Variance analysis of budget with actual numbers
- To ensure steps to be taken to achieve target project profitability
- A chartered accountant with more than 10 years experience in the field of budget preparation, financial planning and analysis.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must have worked with large volumes of data across systems and excel sheets
