**Job Title**: Online Sales Executive (Female)

**Positions Available**: 2

**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Location**: Panipat

**Industry**: Industrial Products Manufacturer

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Online Portal Management**:

- Manage and update product listings on online portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product visibility and ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing.

2. **Customer Interaction**:

- Contact potential customers through online platforms and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads to convert prospects into sales.

3. **Sales Coordination**:

- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely conversion of quotes into sales orders.

4. **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products.
- Resolve any issues related to product or service delivery.

5. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in online sales and handling e-commerce platforms.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using online sales portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Good understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare and negotiate quotations.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
