**Position**:

- Field officer

**Location**: - Velhe and other upcoming geography

Raintree Foundation is looking to recruit a dynamic professional to provide high quality field and logistics support for its program and project activities and events. He will be responsible for coordination, facilitation, data collection, documentation, and reporting and most importantly implementation of the program and projects on ground through community and key stakeholders’ participation. He will be working closely with Program Manager
- Gender and Social Inclusion on executing field level activities of this thematic.

**Roles and Responsibilities of field officer
- Gender and Social Inclusion**
- Conduct gender training sessions as co-facilitator
- Hand-holding CRPs while working on Gender training program in community and
- incorporating gender lens to other thematic areas.
- Process documentation of day-to-day activities related to program.
- Planning the schedule for field implementation of gender based on inputs from the
- ground and community availability calendar.
- Ensure quarterly preparation of field calendar and to finalise the task for CRPs.
- Responsible to ensure coordination with implementation team, operation team,
- program team and for mentoring CRPs for on
- ground implementation.
- Compliance to data collection process after every session.
- Manage strong relationship with key person in community.
- Collaborate and facilitate the communication team for field related information to be published on social media.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the feedback loops from all stakeholders.
- Understanding of local government offices and liaison with key government officials and maintain a good rapport
- Understanding the government schemes at Taluka level and closely monitor schemes and program at project area.

- Practical and hands-on experience of working with diverse groups in rural settings.

- Drive mass movements

**Reporting to Field Implementation Manager**
- Reporting to field implementation for operational support required in field.
- Jointly reporting to Program Manager
- Gender and Social Inclusion for implementing activities in field.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- End to End Project Management Experience desirable
- Masters in related disciplines such as Rural Development, Sociology, Social work,
- Development Studies, Gender studies or any social sciences
- Skills of project management, Documentation, Project and pilots roll-out, Data collection are mandatory.
- Fluency in Marathi language is mandatory (Reading, Writing)
- Fluency in English language is desirable.
- Own two-wheeler with valid documents and ability to drive is mandatory.
- Proficiency in handling of computers and other IT gadgets.
