**Job Title: Domain Trainer and Customer Care Executive**

**Job Overview**:
The Domain Trainer and Customer Care Executive will deliver domain-specific training to employees and handle customer queries. This dual role involves creating training programs, onboarding new staff, and providing support. Additionally, the executive will interact with customers, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct domain-specific training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Onboard new employees and provide performance feedback.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure excellent service.

**Skills Required**:
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, customer service experience, and adaptability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
