Location: Ghatkopar

**Salary**: 18k to 25k
Job Profile:
**1. Compliance Audit**:

- Perform audits to ensure contractors comply with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and Minimum Wage regulations.
- Review and verify contractor payroll systems, ensuring all statutory deductions and contributions are accurately calculated and remitted.

**2. Documentation Review**:

- Examine wage registers and other payroll documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure that employees are receiving their lawful entitlements, including minimum wages and statutory benefits.

**3. Monthly Audit Reports**:

- Prepare detailed monthly audit reports summarizing findings, highlighting non-compliance issues, and suggesting corrective actions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve compliance and streamline payroll processes.

**4. Regulatory Updates**:

- Stay updated on current labor laws and regulations related to PF, ESIC, PT, and minimum wages.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven minimum 2 years experience in auditing, payroll management, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws related to PF, ESIC, PT, and minimum wages.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using auditing tools and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
