**Role Overview**:
As an Ad-Ops Coordinator at Aarki, you are responsible for driving efficient execution of the entire campaign launch process. This role involves proactively ensuring clear communication across teams, addressing any blockers and managing campaign tasks. Jira will serve as the central platform for tracking campaign progress and maintaining transparency with all teams. While the initial focus will be on manual coordination, the role will increasingly shift toward integrating automation to enhance operational efficiency
**Responsibilities**:
- **Task Triage and Management**: Monitor and prioritize all account-related tasks within the Jira workflow, ensuring each task is assigned to the appropriate team and progressing according to the established timeline.
- ** Proactive Workflow Management**: Proactively manage the progression of campaign on-boarding through each stage of the Jira workflow, identifying potential bottlenecks and taking steps to mitigate them.
- ** Blocker Resolution**: Act as a central point of contact for identifying and resolving blockers that may arise during the campaign setup process, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- ** Cross-Team Communication**: Maintain effective communication and collaboration among Sales, Customer Success (CS), Onboarding, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless handoffs and efficient workflow execution.
- ** Automation Implementation**: Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of automation tools and processes to further streamline the campaign launch workflow
**Qualifications**:
- 1- 3 years of experience in campaign operations and programmatic marketing.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira preferred).
- Excellent coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
- Understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including DSP, SSP, and RTB.
- A desire to learn and implement automation to improve efficiency
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
