**About the Role**:
**Work Mode**: Work from Office - Bangalore
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee asset management - tracking and maintaining office equipment and company assets.
- Manage travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and reimbursements.
- Handle employee grievance coordination by ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Maintain and update **data and administrative reports** as required by management.
- Supervise **inventory management** - keeping stock records, ordering supplies, and managing vendors.
- Support other administrative tasks such as documentation, facility management, and office coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, operations, or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
