Job Title**:IT Trainer - Programming Languages (Django)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions on **Django** to students or professionals.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum based on industry standards.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
- Provide hands-on guidance for programming projects and debugging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in programming languages and software development.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals or corporate clients.
- Support learners in building foundational to advanced skills in programming.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in training or teaching programming languages (**Django**).
- Strong programming knowledge with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping learners achieve their goals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Experience in conducting online training sessions.
- Certifications in programming or teaching (**Django** Certification).
