**As Busniess Development Manager - B2B Sales, your key responsibilities with us in the Domain of Automotive Spare Parts are**:
- Generate new leads by reaching out to potential clients (Automotive OEM Dealer workshops), Spare Parts Retailers
- Lead and manage **B2B sales** operations, focusing on new client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Drive the entire **sales cycle** from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- **Onboard new clients**, ensuring smooth handover and coordination with internal departments.
- Provide strategic inputs to management based on market trends and customer feedback.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of business development experience.
- Experience in B2B Sales would be preferable.
- Strong **team handling** skills with prior experience in managing sales teams.
- **Excellent communication skills** - both verbal and written - to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into revenue.
- Should have Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
