Job Responsibility:

- Financial planning for assigned businesses i.e. Revenue, HC, C&B, other costs etc.
- Monthly financial closings
- Coordinating with businesses for monthly forecasting
- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.
- Monitoring of budget vs actuals
- Monthly variance reporting
- Supervise the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
- Control over key business drivers
- Publishing financial reports to Leadership
- Lead operating reviews
- Submission of financials to Corporate Finance team
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
- Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization’s plans and operating budgets.
- Interact with and bring department into line with Board of Directors’ plans, initiatives and recommendations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; Manage preparation and support of all external audits.
- Providing observation about Business Contract in the context of GST, Income Tax Laws and Companies Act.
- Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.
- Supervise weekly cash management, Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process

Work Experience Background Required:

- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a chartered Accountant
- Minimum 5-8years financial experience or similar positions, preferably in Pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
- Ability and drive to work independently
- Excellent inter personal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.

Salary : 10 to 16 lakhs per annum
