Job Role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (EEE/ ECE)
- High experience in people management, preferably with experience in managing Neem/NAPS workers, unionized employees, and managers.
- Strong knowledge of machine maintenance practices and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of production planning and shipment coordination.
- Thorough knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with EHS regulations and implementation.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers.
- Proficiency in SAP or other relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage procurement activities.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, automation & robotic principles & functions.
- Familiarity with audit handling and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of PLCs and automation technologies.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and its role in automation and AI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
