- Proven experience as a Freight Broker with a solid book of business.
- Strong understanding of freight logistics and the transportation industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
