**Job Summary**:
PRASAD FOOD DIVINE is seeking an IT Support Executive to oversee IT-related issues across 9-10 branches. This executive-level position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, addressing technical issues, and providing support to maintain the efficiency of our restaurant chain's technology infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Support**: Provide technical support to resolve IT-related issues and challenges at multiple branches, including hardware, software, and network problems.

**Hardware and Software Management**: Oversee the maintenance, installation, and configuration of computer hardware and software systems.

**Network Management**: Ensure the functionality and security of the network infrastructure, addressing connectivity issues, and collaborating with external IT service providers when necessary.

**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to restaurant operations.

**IT Inventory Management**: Keep track of IT assets, equipment, and software licenses across branches.

**Security Measures**: Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect sensitive data and systems from potential threats.

**Training**: Provide training to staff on IT systems and best practices.

**Documentation**: Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and issue resolutions.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with branch managers, vendors, and the corporate team to coordinate IT-related activities and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues.
- Knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with network management and security.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Prior experience in IT support or a related field is an advantage

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
