**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team or executive staff.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and take meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors.
- **Document Management**:
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
- Handle customer or client inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- **Financial Assistance**:
- Process invoices and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports on expenditures or financial records as required.
- **Other Duties**:
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with various special projects and events when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
