**Job Location will **be **Baddi, Himachal Pradesh**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assists in resolving customer complaints.
- Coordinates customer follow-up programs
- Maintains a case history file of all customer complaints and problems, documented with customer's name, type of component, date of contact, nature of problem, personnel involved and detailed description of resolution.
- Responsible for the Export Marketing and Business development in International Market for various product category of autoparts.
- Coordinate with Production and Operations for Order status. Will make report and strategy to grow business in overseas market.
- Should be confident and good communication and presentation skills with international clients.
- Presentation/fliers preparation for Business development
- Knowledge of manufacturing process will be an added advantage

**Education**:

- Should be B. Tech/Diploma Mechnical and Marketing with good communication skills.
- Knows how to effectively talk to customer on call and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
