**Role Description**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content for our social media platforms, and you will be responsible for managing and growing our online communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and body copy
- Edit and produce video content for social media
- Use Canva to design graphics, infographics, and other visual content
- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge campaign success
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
- Foster online communities by engaging with followers and participating in conversation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience of Min. 1year as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
