**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable desktops, laptops, and accessories.
- Drive sales of computer hardware, accessories, and high
- end gaming desktops.
- Stay updated on the latest hardware, gaming trends, and computer peripherals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through after-sales service and support.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest computer hardware, gaming technology, and IT industry trends.
- Manage showroom displays, stock levels, and maintain an organized sales environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience** in a computer showroom, IT retail, or hardware sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge of **computer components, peripherals, and gaming systems**.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and provide solutions based on budget and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Educational Qualification**
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
