**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Site Supervision & Execution**
- Oversee day-to-day site execution of bathroom interior projects.
- Ensure all work aligns with design drawings, technical specifications, and project blueprints.
- Supervise installation of tiles, plumbing fixtures, sanitaryware, and accessories.
- Coordinate and manage on-site labor and subcontractors.

2. **Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Track material usage to prevent wastage and manage site resources efficiently.

3. **Coordination & Communication**
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
- Address and resolve any on-site client concerns or issues.

4. **Safety & Documentation**
- Implement and maintain safety measures for all on-site activities.
- Maintain thorough records of project updates, including daily progress reports and material logs.
- Document any changes or on-site deviations from the original plans.

5. **Budget & Timeline Management**
- Track progress against project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure adherence to budget constraints without compromising on quality.
- Identify potential delays and proactively resolve roadblocks.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years in interior/bathroom project site supervision**:

- **Skills**:Strong technical knowledge of bathroom installations, excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
