**Job specifications**
- Desired (Good to have) skills: Process Knowledge of Inbound operation(Receiving/QC/GRN/Putaway/Invoice Approval/Process Setting/Manpower Management/Coordination with multiple stake holders)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Min 2-3 years

**Job Description: Stock Receiving, Stock inwarding(GRN), Rackin, Rejection/Short Discrepancy handling, Invoice Approval, Communication, MIS. Problem Solving, Open for night shift.**

**Project Description**: (Project on which the new hire will work) : End to End Inbound operation

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1) Receiving within TAT with accuracy and efficiency.

2) QC/Segregation within TAT with accuracy and efficiency.

3) GRN within TAT with accuracy and efficiency.

4) GRC On-Hold clearence on regular basis.

5) Putaway within TAT with accuracy and efficiency.

6) RTV clearence on daily basis.

7) Proper Handover-Take over process within the warehouse.

8) Control mis-ship and backorders and locating missing product as needed.

9) Timely resolution for Customer complaints and present Monthly analysis with improvement plan.

9) Manpower,asset planning and deployment as per load.

10) Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems and improvement.

11) Maintain 5S standards in Inbound & Storage area.

12) Ensure 100 % closure of all received invoices.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
